If anyone is interested in these, they are in Asda now. Not bad for £3.99. There's no lettering/numbering on the coach but that can be added. It looked quite well detailed. Made in China.

Since posting the above, I've had an e-mail concerning subsciptions. It is as follows:
Please be advised that there are, at present, a planned number of 120 issues in this collection. However, please keep in mind that the publisher may decide to extend the series at any time without any formal or prior notice.
Please do not hesitate to contact us should you require further assistance.
Yours sincerely,

Customer Care
For 120, that means £3.99 + £5.99 + (118 x £8.99) = £1070.80 + £5.99 for a binder as and when required. Who is going to fork that out? No doubt some idiot will.

I brought six Mark 1's the other week as you can't beat £3.99 per coach

Ay up!
They are not bad for the money at all.
They show an "Interesting" construction. The bogies have close coupling cams and resemble Bachmann ones but they are a clip fit like Hornby. They have metal wheels thankfully. The sides may be unpainted plastic, printed with lining but have full flush glazing. Also they are corridor 3rds but the bodies are constructed like Hornby vehicles. The ends are moulded as part of the chassis and the sides are completely separate.
The underframes are also unique. The trussing is moulded as a solid item but separately fitted to the underframe.
Interesting indeed!
And for the money? I'm having some more....

Bought one to evaluate, my source hasn't any left because issue 2 has appeared,
but a guy at work is selling me 2 at cost so not a bad deal. Any ideas of numbering and other details required for NE or SC examples.
