New Railway lines

This thought was prompted by a comment in the General Chat - what lines would you like to see built? Not re-built, new lines never before constructed. And let's ignore HS2, 3, 4 etc., just ordinary railway lines operated by conventional trains, no Maglevs, trams or automated systems for goods only.

Hmm, I'd like to see Pickering - Lincoln via York and Scunthorpe
Reason being it would link my three favourite places with my hometown
On a serious note though, it would provide a large freight relief on the ECML and would provide an emptier
non electrified route for steam charters with an extra main line connection for the NYMR
