I'd like to buy a few books on the history of the Great Central. Not really interested in books on preservation, etc.

Can anyone (a) nominate a few for me and (b) tell me why I might be able to buy them. (The bookseller must have a website or email address.)

I notice that amazon in the UK lists a book called 'Locomotives of the Great Central Part 1'. Did Part 2 ever come out?

Hello pyewipe junction
The most definative work by far is the monumental 'Great Central' by George Dow,published in three parts.
Very much recommended :D
