Ay up!
The ones I REALLY regret losing are a series of D200 on the Hadrian Pullman - her first run after restoration. Some (censored rant) nicked my camera which included about 10 piccies of this.
I hope it did them no good at all.

Remember Shildon in 1975.
I had a superb position on the South Side of the tracks watching the cavalcade.
Taking photos with the sun behind me, perfect.
Then I tried to get another shot out of the 36 shot slide film and stretched the film. IDIOT

I used to have a little collection of 8.5" by 6.5" inch photo's of the Malton & Driffield Railway but they disappeared suddenly all at once. I can only assume I put them in a railway book to keep them flat then sold it.

Lost - probably somewhere in the dark caverns of my basement, so not really really really lost, I have a pretty disgusting photo (it'd probably win hands down at a world's worst photo contest) of 60149 Amadis on a down Leeds-Bradford gushing water from its tender as she approaches the north end of Langley troughs. Taken on an ancient Brownie, the photo is that bad you can just about tell it's an A1. Some things are better left unseen, I think.
