Railway updates on my Edwardian blog

As you may have seen on my signature, I run a blog featuring objects from the Edwardian era - mainly preserved items (anything from a poster to a car, locomotive, ship etc) that i've seen and photographed myself. Railways feature fairly largely owing to the amount of Edwardian vintage locomotives and rolling stock preserved that i've seen out and about, so for anyone interested i'll post up in this thread when there's a railway-related new post. Here's a list of the present railway posts;
http://electric-edwardians.blogspot.com ... tocar.html - NER Petrol Electric Autocar, 1903
http://electric-edwardians.blogspot.com ... otive.html - Baguley Petrol Mechanical Locomotive 'Jacob', 1916
http://electric-edwardians.blogspot.com ... -1912.html - London Underground Roundel, 1912
http://electric-edwardians.blogspot.com ... -1917.html - Coles Steam Railway Crane, 1917
http://electric-edwardians.blogspot.com ... -1914.html - Charing Cross Underground Station, 1914
http://electric-edwardians.blogspot.com ... -1909.html - NER Historic York poster, 1909
http://electric-edwardians.blogspot.com ... oster.html - Golders Green London Underground Poster, 1912
Now i've managed to get to grips with blogspot, there'll be a new update every two days (occasionally more often), at the moment there's a post every two days up until I think June next year, and have plenty more to post about so I won't 'run out of steam' anytime soon

This probably is not the best place to post this photo, but if there is an equivalent Southern Railway message board, could someone point me in the right direction?
I found a framed print while clearing my mother in law's house last week. It is of the staff from Sandling Junction station around the turn of the century, and I wondered if anyone may have details of the men's names.
I think one might be a relative of my late mother in law, as the family were not railway enthusiasts and a framed photograph of a relative is the best guess that I can come up with.
The file is too large to insert directly here, but I have added it to my Flickr page:-
