Thanks for posting that. I am feeling rather generous towards the wife this evening,I think I will suggest a long weekend in the Dales next May for Whitsun Bank Holiday. :lol: :lol:
Maybe even a week and take in the N.Y.M.R. again. Its sometimes a fault of mine generousity.

You would do better stopping around the North Yorkshire Moors rather than the Dales.
Totally different National Park.
Helmsley nearest large town.

The trackwork is fantastic some of the 3 gauge pointwork takes some working out.

Ay up!

You need to join your local Model Engineer's group then. Your ambition could become reality.

However, we were talking to members of a Model Engineer's group at a 009 exhibish once and were told that one could be built "for roughly the price of a new Ford Mondeo!"
