Worth a look at two videos on Grand Centrals web site, two 6 minute films Kings Cross to Bradford and Sunderland. From the camera position I think they must have fixed it to an additional lamp iron mid smoke box. By the speed it must have been an A4 or one of Top sheds better A3s
