Keep it quiet, but wheelie bins, the type you can see being towed along the platforms at most large terminii, aren't braked if they break loose when being towed and can easily fall off the platforms. The same applies to those little wire cage jobbies used for delivering stuff to retail outlets - mind you, a train would soon make short work of them. In the incident shown, the baby, miraculously, wasn't hurt. In the 1980s there was a spate of pushchairs almost being sucked in from platforms by passing liner trains and somebody even suggested imposing a mandatory speed limit when passing through platforms. For some reason, Freightliner weren't very keen on the idea...
A topper is proper if the train's a non-stopper!
