Little known museum

For those that wish to see the most northerly railway! if you are lucky enough to venture to the Orkney islands , the Lyness naval museum has its own railway.The railway was both standard & narrow gauge& has some fine relics when the naval station was home to both the Grand & Home fleet. Well worth the trip for both.

Scapa Flow is pretty big - I assume they would need at least a narrow gauge line to get ammunition and supplies from the stores and bunkers to the ships.
