York not have a platform 12!
All of them go out there except if they're going to Scarborough
It'll be a case of suck it and see at the time!

Yes,that's true.Oh well, there's nothing like a surprise! Here's hoping the heavy snow forecasted doesn't come while late afternoon.I could have sworn there is a platform 12.I know it was a freezing cold day-but i didn't realise my brain had frozen too!Really looking forward to tomorrow.

I suppose a small flurry of snow might be interesting! It's less than a year since i got into photographing locos as a hobby-a trip on "Flying Scotsman" on my birthday about 3 years ago now re-awoke a boyhood love that had somehow been buried. Not anymore!Great forum by the way!

Well, the snow held off till later, and what a sight!Full train, full platform and people being pushed back.Lovely! And yes, you're right.York does not have a platform 12.Silly me!Good to see a bit of variety on the station though.A DRS 47,and a Notwork Fail 86.I now have a lot of photo's to develop!!Well done to all present yesterday. The atmosphere was great.
