The effort of getting up Storrs Hill erased all memories of anything I ever saw on the run - but now and again I used to go down on Saturday afternoons and in the holidays. I would also sometimes go for a quick hour to Addingford cutting in the evening. It's difficult to say what I saw on the freight - Mostly WDs, but certainly B1s, B14s, K1s and K3s. From the LMS 3Fs, 8Fs and Stanier 2-6-0s. I also saw a solitary V2, shunting the Hartley Bank pit exchange sidings.
