TV Channel

Post by JohnV »

Given the amount of stuff on YouTube etc and the interest shown in railways via sites such as this one, I'd like to float the idea of a TV channel devoted to railways, covering the things that this site covers along with similar stuff from "the others". It might also be a good vehicle for the various heritage lines to promote themselves. I have no idea how one could get someone to start up something like this, but what do you folks think?

Moved the thread to "Railway Chat" which seems more appropriate.

On the subject of Youtube, this clip is not LNER sadly, but filmed on Shap.

However, the camera continues rolling in many cases well after the locomotive is out of sight, therefore giving anyone who wants to view the make up of goods and parcels trains some excellent examples.
