This railtour is booked to run from Hull to Cleethorpes with the 8F 48151
With the latest edict from Network with regard to wheel diameters and speeds, this loco is apparently now limited to 35 mph.
Does this mean this tour is going to go ahead / be cancelled or have a change of motive power? any ideas?
