Too right, and hasn't it totally destroyed this country! All the businesses we used have that have all been sold down the river for a quick buck. Sod the future. Its annoying the the Germans have done the total opposite and seen the benefit of owning companies over the quick profits of selling them to whoever.giner wrote:Agreed, SS. Profit has always been the bottom line motivator for shareholders long before the digital age came along, but now every bloody thing is analysed to the nth degree and a dollar figure is assigned to every miniscule blip. Only one word comes to mind: greed.
