I dunno - maybe those types who slice out lengths of cable, drop rocks on passing trains or cause accidents by ignoring the stop signs at level crossings could be classified as terrorists...52A wrote:Lord help us.

No doubt to deter "terrorist" railway photographers. I had the experience in Rome Central 2 years ago when three Carabinieri pointed an Uzi at me and demanded my camera they then deleted all the photographs, even the ones from Spain, at least I got the camera back before they frog marched me out of the station, touchy lot the Italians.
I am off to Turkey, Egypt, Israel & Cyprus soon ( ash permitting) so I had better photograph with caution.
