After lots of problems and me missing him, the Duke has finally arrived in York, with last weeks problems being that Several flue-tubes and smoke-tubes needed expanding at the firebox end, then on the 16th it should have been coming to York, but was hauling Santa Specials on the Mid Hants Line...Then this week was a toss up as to wether it was the Duke or Tangmere, right up to what came in to the station, so I wasn't bothered either way with needing to see both here anyhow.

Looks really impresive, compared to the days when it languished in Barry.
How I wish I'd have been able to stay at home down the road from Barry...but then I'd not see them here in York would I?
