May I introduce...

Post by Autocar Publicity »

Forum members may know me from my involvement with the autocar project, alternatively as a modeller, occasional lineside photographer and volunteer at the Embsay – Bolton Abbey Railway. Well, recently, with the help of a couple of friends, I set up a business - Elmet Images. The reason for mentioning this here is that I thought some forum members may like to know we exist and (I hope) be interested in some of our products and services.

Elmet Images deals with a combination of photography, writing and model-making. I suspect most members would be mainly interested in some of our photographs, whether in the form of postcards, greetings cards, prints, or model railway posters. At the moment, we have some greetings cards available – including four from Malcolm, our [non] resident artist currently enjoying the Kuwaiti sun… and I am putting together sheets of model railway posters. Postcards and prints may come next year, depending on cost and a bit of ‘market research’.

Full details are on our web-site http://www.elmetimages.co.uk which we’ll update regularly. I won’t be posting frequent updates on here as that’s too much like advertising – neither Richard nor I want to go there – but if there are any major developments, I’ll mention them. If there is anything you fancy that isn’t listed, let me know, we’ll see what we can do… I can be contacted either through the Elmet Images site or by a pm through this forum.
