Early Spotters Books

Post by 2512silverfox »

Can anyone remember the illustrated spotters books? They seem to have appeared in 1948 and were updated in 1949, but I do not remember seeing them thereafter. They were not publishes by IA but were quite useful even though they contained a quirky method of listing.

Any memories?

Intrigued by that 'N200’ number on the A4's cab side, among other things.

That N200 Giner do you think it could be an early drawing of the Peppercorn A1s when streamlining was a slight consideration ?

I don't know, Harvester. I'm sure we'll get some input from knowledgeable folks on here.
