Not sure whether these help, but there is a 1918 bogie wagon with tank on top at the Cite du Train in Mulhouse, France. It's in a dark corner, so the photos are not too good. The maker's plate is Leeds Forge, 1918, the axels boxes have WD on them and the French markings say return to North Division. I looked for other photos on the web, but could not find anything better.
