Don't think it's that easy! We waved ours goodbye when he went to Portsmouth Uni (we even took and delivered him there)

What happened??? Every Friday, complete with washing, on the 1700 to Eastleigh from Portsmouth & Southsea. And then Sunday, we have to take him back!!

And don't even ask who smashed the front of SWMBOs BRAND NEW car, she'd had it less than a fortnight.

Oh no! You'll just have different problems. All through life kids give you problems - you figure out how to deal with them, only to find different problems!!

When the second one goes off to Uni (assuming he does), the first one will still be there. At that point, we sell up, move, and leave no forwarding address. I will properly change my name to Earl Marischal, and only Forum members will be able to trace me!

There is no way my kids would be so uncool as to check out this Forum!

We had the plans for moving - you can't do it in a week!!!

The towels usually don't make it back to the bathroom in our house, they gradually become mouldy along with all the other things that are strewn over bedroom floors including both freshly washed and ironed, as well as dirty clothing, odd shoes, pens minus their tops, assorted crockery and cutlery.......

Can't be Oz Manna I'm afraid - had an argument with the authorities over the validity of a speeding fine picked up near Brisbane back in 2005 - probably be arrested and fined coming through immigration!

Speeding fines are, I believe are only state offenses, so you would be 'safe' in every other state in Oz.

Plenty of other countries to choose from, North Korea, Iran etc...........

I dont like to worry anyone, but our youngest will be 30 in January and we still do his washing because "his flat does not have the space for a washing machine" and "the laundrette is too expensive".

Do they still use steam in North Korea?
