Phillip Larkin's "The Whitsun Weddings" might qualify here, seeing as it is about a train journey from Hull to King's Cross.

Many of the sonnets in Gerard Benson's "Bradford & Beyond" (Flambard 1997 ISBN 1 873226 26
are about rail journeys.
He was also joint editor of the various poems on the Underground series.
