BBC Radio 4 this morning

Post by Flamingo »

Just noticed this in Radio Times. BBC Radio 4 - 10.30 this morning. "Steve Punt examines the case of the missing steam trains supposedly stashed away to keep this country running in the event of a nuclear war".

Another telling of the strategic reserve myth, no doubt.

Short notice but if you miss it the BBC will probably put it on the "Listen Again" option.

I'd never heard of this before. Very interesting.

Here's a link to some further discussion on this, and to the Beeb's 'Listen Again' segment.
