Don't know how many of you know about this disaster.

A ship that - so they say - was turned down by the WR for the Fishguard - Rosslare service because they did not consider her robust enough for heavy seas in the St Georges Channel.

I remember this disaster, couldn't understand how such a thing could happen to a British passenger carrying ship.. The report on the confusion surrounding the ship's position makes it even more frightening.
