Since my childhood I've kept hold of what was originally my elder brother's Summer 1962 Combined Volume.
Over the years, one leaf has evidently disappeared from the book without trace. I deduce that its two sides feature the class descriptions for Southern Region classes alphabetically preceding K, and from the separate numbering list I believe the (then) surviving classes to have been A1X, B4, C, C2X, E2, E4, E6, G16, H & H16. I suspect the pages in question are numbered either as 31 & 32, or as 63 & 64, depending upon the side of the first pictorial section of the book where they appeared.
Does anybody have a copy of this book giving confirmation of the missing page numbers please, and might somebody be kind enough to consider sending me a scanned copy of just those two pages, simply to complete an "old friend"?

Scans now gratefully received from a fellow local railway modelling historian.

Is that the red one with a Blue Pullman on the front? I have my very battered version somewhere; held together with sticky tape in numerous pages.
Even though it is now 60 years ago, I am still shocked to leaf through the steam pages and remember that every single one of them had been withdrawn within 6 years. A very depressing thought.
