The LNER Encyclopedia

I am trying to find information and possibly a photograph of my father Tom Buttle, he worked out of Leeds City. He was a guard at the time of WW2 and when retired I think he was an inspector. Unfortunately all contact was lost after my parents divorced. I now live in Australia and have no chance of visiting England to do research on my own.

Any help no matter how small would be appreciated.
