I thought it might be interesting to publish a couple of extracts from my Great Grandfathers' Staff Record as they contain Loco numbers:
" Eng. 1212 derailed in Loco Yard Nton. Aug 10th (1909) Not holding points securely" (Cautioned)
"10-45pm Gds Donct. to Hull 9-1-1910 Eng 2001 Train Divided at Bentley" (Suitably Noticed)
"Dairycoates Engine Shed Wall Damaged 13/6/1912 Eng. 86" (Cautioned)
