What an encyclopedia of knowledge is being slowly gathered on this site by its contributors.

The "Returning to Grantham" thread is fascinating in its own right.

I am myself trying to gather as much information as possible on services & locomotives at this location (Grantham) during the period stated.
Spotting notes, photographs, days out on the platform or just "you" passing through, in fact anything related to the station, shed or environment.
Also amusing stories, spooky tales, anecdotes, in fact absolutely anything "Grantham related" to the railway, the trains, the people, staff or the public.
