My friend has sent me a video of Tornado at Alnmouth and the air pump sound is very noticeable. Is this a Westinghouse pump and where is it located.

I think it's a Westinghouse pump - don't quote me on that - but Tornado actually has two, and they are located between the main frames. Tornado has a main pump and an identical backup pump.

Yes, but she has two air pumps, which was the crux of the question.

One is a running spare air pump - but no Westinghouse!

Vacuum only used on preserved lines tho. Not sure what type of air pumps they are. Possibly ex polish pumps.
