LNER luggage cart in pub garden in Winchester

I have just seen what looks like a luggage cart, clearly LNER branded, but rather delapidated, in a pub beer garden in Winchester, Hants.

I have no idea whether it is of any historical importance, restorable, or what the owner plans to do with it, but wanted to bring it to the attention of the forum in case it is of relevance.

The item is residing in the beer garden of the King Alfred pub, 11 Saxon Road, Winchester, SO23 7DJ

I have taken a couple of photographs which I will try to attach.

Well spotted, and thanks for the images.

It appears to be a Heavy Handcart to Diagram 16 (yes, there was even a Diagram Book for Barrows and Carts).
