There used to be a separate LNW loco shed at Colwick but I don't think it ever had a signal box associated with it. All the descriptions I have seen of the box (WTT's, Appendices etc) have just shown plain 'Locomotive Junction'. A picture of it in 1954 can be found here: dl.dropbox.com/u/60050243/GN44-05-04.jpg

There was also a Locomotive Junction box on the H&BR at Hull, and an Engine Shed box at Percy Main loco shed.

I've just done a quick and dirty search on our database and come up with 50 signal boxes in various parts of the country with 'Loco', 'Locomotive', 'Engine' or 'Turntable' in their names.

And that is by no means exhaustive.
