The identification has already been done by the M&GN Circle E-Group.
I will see if I can dig them out and you can comment accordingly.
EDIT:
Here they are:-
Part One, Eastern Region
00.00 Start of journey. Yarmouth South Town?
01.21 Somerleyton swing bridge
01.36 Oulton Broad
02.50 Beccles bank begins
03.04 GER distant signal
03.19 Beccles Bank signal box
03.26 Passed by "Britannia" class on XP. The area looks to me like the line near
Thetford/Newmarket
03.47 Passed by B1 4-6-0 on another XP
04.01 Ipswich water troughs
04.09 Another Britannia on the troughs
05.05 Spooner Row station
Part Two, North Eastern Region
05.41 Unidentified junction and marshalling yard. Lattice signal posts suggest
ex-NER area.
06.30 PW staff packing sleepers (possibly from Eastern Region)
06.50 Unidentified bowstring bridge
07.20 Level crossing approaching Wetherall
07.50 Wetherall station on the Newcastle & Carlisle Railway
08.37 Single track tunnel on Cockermouth, Keswick & Penrith Railway
08.45 Single track bridge
08.54 Approaching Penryddock station on the CK&P

This is on a similar theme, but b&w and comes in 4 parts if you search on the film name.
Part 1 is here -

and seems to be based on Lincoln, but also has a short clip of Firsby.
There is an iron ore train in some sidings part way through, which may be High Dyke but I am not sure.

Barnetby is seen several times on B/W Part 1 film.

A question arising from the film. How common were level crossings with cross overs incorporated into them, I noted one near the start of the film and cant remember seeing one before.

I dont know how common they were/are, but I think that is Durham Ox crossing in Lincoln which was well known for its complexity and traffic chaos.

I think you are correct about the crossing being Durham Ox in Lincoln.

What I have also discovered from these films, is that the Derby heavyweights (cl 114) did not have speed whiskers when introduced, or at least the lower numbered ones didn't.
I wonder when the speed whiskers were painted on, because I thought that it was around 1959.

It's Carlisle London Road junction with the Newcastle line straight ahead and the S&C and Durranhill loco shed to the right.
Re the level crossings, Ogdens Lane crossing in Sunderland had 2 tracks plus a 3rd (siding) with points on one side of the crossing plus 2 gates on one side of the crossing only, so when they were closed the other side of the crossing was unprotected. Also the signalbox was one of only 2 to have an internal staircase which I am sure was a cast iron spiral but a guy who worked there swears was wooden!

I can think of a few crossings with multiple tracks but none apart from the one on the film with a cross over on the actual crossing

In the Part 1 film, from around 02.30 when the movement is obviously leaving Lincoln station (or might it be back-filming from an arrival...) towards Durham Ox Crossing (road traffic crossing, but signals still at Danger), there's a few seconds looking down while moving, at points in a road surface, then from 02.40 to 02.43, could be from inside a westward-heading train at Sleaford West box (with level crossing)?

Well spotted Steve, it certainly looks like Sleaford West, and the approaching dmu has Boston on its destination blind.
