I understand that the Silver Jubilee coaches were covered in Rexene fabric, but does anyone know what finish was used for two tone blue stock for the above trains?

The Coronation and WR vehicles were painted by traditional means as were the SJ when the additional behicle was added.
Rexine did not stand up too well to cleaning methods of that time.
