Hi can any of our Scottish members help with the appeal below.

As part of the East Neuk Festival 2010 we hope to organize a reminiscence project
> centering on the 'holiday line' which took holiday-makers to the East Neuk of Fife.
> Dr Beeching's cuts have long since ended that tradition. We want to create an
> exhibition with images and memories of East Neuk Visits from times part. We are
> looking for images that tell a story, or stories that conjure up an image,
> especially if they feature a well-known site or location which we can match up with
> modern day photos to pick up on the theme of the Holiday Line.
>
>
> I wonder if you know of anyone who would be interested in contributing to the
> Holiday Line project? In particular I would be happy to receive the contact details
> of any railway reminiscence groups you know of, or academics who might be involved
> in oral histories of the railways or of holiday-making more generally. Although
> most of the people who holidayed in St andrews and its environs would have come
> from Edinburgh and Glasgow I would be happy tp hear from individuals who worked on
> or used the St Andrews & Fife Coast Railway. Please forward this email to whoever
> you think may be able to help. I would be very grateful for any suggestions you
> might be able to offer.
