Its a wonderful site; I have learnt more about Blyth in the last hour than in the previous 50 years! Thanks for sharing the information

It's quite a shock to see the pictures around Cambois and the line to the Alcan facility. A couple of years ago i installed a new ground frame into a new coal unloading facility at Battleship Wharf. I got the impression there was a lot of industrial history missing. I have more of an idea now.

Some great tales and pictures to be had there.
Did you look at the new page 15? Some interesting stuff there too with pictures. Blyth was a very busy place. An awful lot is now missing!
