LNER structure colours

Were the structure colours of the LNER always two shades of green and cream? I am looking in particular Aylesbury, what are the nearest colours in Pheonix, Humbrol or Railmatch ranges.

Depends on the era.

The green was Buckingham Green (as I discovered after I'd painted my garage door that colour).

Two tone green were the GCR colours. At some point there buildings may have been repainted in to stone & brown or cream and green or both sequentially. The painting of station building was a long drawn out affair with perhaps 15-20 years between repaints, So Aylesbury was built c1900, to green & green c1920 if it went to stone & brown in the mid 30s it wouldn't be due for another repaint until c1950. So it could be that it went from GC green directly to LNER cream & green in the late 30s.

Aylesbury was rebuilt in 1926, prior to that it was very GWR looking, in 1958 the Eastern region passed to the Midland region and a repaint in to gulf red and cream.
Colour photos I have show the up water crane in green and that in the loco shed as brown.

So it should have been re painted LNER Cream and green either just before or just after WW2

Not sure that's true at all - be very careful with Aylesbury - the station staff of that period had their own uniform buttons, lettered AJS, Aylesbury Joint Station (nothing to do with motorbikes lol) as, until nationalisation in 1948, it was a joint station operated by the LNER and the Great Western Railway so how can you be so certain in what colours the station was painted?. Like you say, nostalgia is sooooo boring ha

Aylesbury was GC & GW and GC & Met joint. Just who was responsible for what would have been written into the original agreement, which should be at Kew. Th GC seems to have been responsible for the signalling since it replaced both signal boxes in 1908. Since the LNER absorbed the Met in the mid 30s the chances are 3:1 that the station was painted LNER colours after that date.

I have seen two colour photos taken in 1938 the valances are cream, although the footbridge is a dark colour, although it does not seem to be green, possibly brown!
I have come up trumps! as I have been in contact with a local resedent now 80 who took plenty of detail photos and first hand notes on the station at the recorded dates, His detail photos are amazing too!
This may be of interest to others:
Pre 1938
dark brown poss in two shades & cream (no written notes just memory)
1938 Holly & grass green. plus cream, doors holly green with grass green panels. loco shed unrecorded.
1946 station olivish green and cream with pale green under canopies. Loco shed matt dark brown and cream (old paint)
1950 LMR gulf red (red oxide) & cream repaints 1955 & 1961
1966 Dark blue, black, white & pale grey
