L.N.E.R USED TO OWN RIVER DERWENT IN Derby around 1924

Post by mormond »

Around the early 1920s the LNER took over control of the river Derwent in Derby, and its barge traffic.
And iam looking for information on a barge which was on the river during 1920 - 1930.
i have traced its earlier days out at Glouster museum, but they only go to around 1920, and say i need to look at LNER archives for the river.
Could anyone help me with this or point me in right direction please.
Thanks
Mark
