The Glenfarg Line

There has, over the past few years, over on RMWeb been a slow-burning conversation regarding the much missed Glenfarg Line -http://www.rmweb.co.uk/community/index. ... arg-route/
Much of this has concentrated on the later BR period, so I was wondering if anyone has any information relating to the working of the line in the LNER period or the very early BR days.
I have been trying to piece together some of the operation from a 1948 passenger timetable and the 1948 carriage working book, the results of which I can expand on if anyone is interested.
Best regards
John
