I have one mid-Atlantic that I ordered last week :-)

It is still readily available as a new book, and is one of the more common volumes on EBay - not as common as the Pacifics, but more common than an obscure 4-4-0 volume, say.

For what its worth, my copy was ordered from Kevin Robertson: http://www.kevinrobertsonbooks.co.uk
