Not yet they are not. If you look at their own website, they are a plc formed to develop the York Potash Project. Their only other activities involve some exploration in North Dakota which has been put on the back burner (and the corresponding page is almost a year out of date - so not a priority).

They also describe themselves as a "development" company. They don't mine a single thing at the moment.
As they are out to develop a particular set of production licenses, then they would be foolish to completely ignore the possibility of selling the complete working project (or even the production licenses + purchase contracts) to a nearby operation, in the medium term.

Gee Whiz , so ok , if Sirius get planning , if Sirius build the mine and conveyor transport tunnels , if in the long term future they sell their interests in the mine to the Boulby mine , if it is possible to join up Boulby mine with Sirius conveyor tunnels, it may mean end of Boulby line or it may mean much greater traffic for it :D
