BR Teak Forest

There's been a suggestion on another forum that the BR Residuary Board has discovered that is the owner of a teak forest - does anyone on here know anything about it?

If so, it is likely to be in Mianmar - previously Burma.

Could be a bit of a red herring since all 'foreign' possessions in Burma were nationalised many years ago!
