LNER publications of 1946 relating to constituent companies

I have been fortunate enough to be gifted two LNER booklets published 1946:
'The Eastern Union Railway' by H.F. Hilton
'The First Railway across the Border' by G. Dow.

The inner flyleaves advertise as in the same series, 'The First Railway in Norfolk', 'The Story of the West Highland', 'The First Railway between Manchester and Sheffield'.

Were any further titles added to this series, and if so are they readily to be found? The early pictures are particularly appealing.
