King's Cross in the 1950's

There are two excellent videos posted on YouTube by Mr Les Bailey which show vintage footage of King's Cross and areas around including Goods Yard, Top Shed, Belle Isle and City Widened Lines. 1) "King's Cross & City Widened Lines in the 1950's" 2) "Kings Cross pt 2" There is also an associated video called British Railways Steam in the 1950's & Early 60's. well worth a look.
