It's still there, maybe whoever is doing the renovation could let you take some measurements and pictures to assist you.

That might well work, assuming that Hornby Dublo has not antagonised the developers by, for example, repeatedly trespassing on the site and continually posting pictures taken inside on social media despite being asked not to. For example, as I say.
