Anti-Spam Changes

I've just made some minor (but cunning) anti-spam changes. Other phpBB forum administrators who have implemented the same changes report significant reductions in spam.

New members can no longer enter a web link during registration signup.

New members: You are still encouraged to include your website in your profile, especially if it is railway related.
Do this by logging in and clicking on "Profile" at the top of the forum pages.
