On my workbench - a J72

Bought cheaply as a non-runner. I've built a Comet chassis. Here's how I got on.....
Just hope Mrs BB doesn't see these piccies. My "workbench" doubles as the kitchen table.
The rods are the Mainline ones re-cycled. The chassis was a bargain (old stock) so the fact that it was just the frame etch is not a complaint. The wheels were once under a K's Jinty (this now runs on a High Level chassis) and the motor(DS10) / gearbox (Romford 50:1) from a K's Fowler 7F. Said 7F is awaiting a new chassis as well. So much for chewed up brass lumps.....
