castings for Bill Bedford GNR 6-W coaches in 4 mm scale

Post by ecgtheow »

I have some Bill Bedford GNR 6-W coaches to be built, but his kits include only the brass etchings. Does anyone know where one can get castings especially the correct GNR axle boxes & springs, but any other casting too, to complete the models?

Thanks in advance,

I think the best solution would be to persuade Danny Pinnock of D&S to cast some parts for you. AFAIK he still has most of the moulds for his kits. I shall be at Railex this weekend and will ask around the trade to find aout exactly what the position is.

Thanks, Mick & Bill. Dan Pinnock has provided parts for me in the past, so I shall try him again. I guess there isn't any other source at present?
