Further small updates to the C12, including attaching the brake gear and test fitting a Portescap motor, time to get it in paint i think:

Looks very neatly constructed. Have the stepboards had a deliberate nudge?

Dec. 2018: Almost all images that disappeared from my own thread following loss of free remote hosting are now restored.

Looks good. But I do wonder if the lamp top should be on the groom's compartment end rather than the fodder compt end? I've built one of these but unfortunately I don't have access to it or other info as I'm away from home at the moment.

Agree re the Lamp position.

What is the " curved bar " on the right end of the roof ?

edit . Just realised they are handrails also at the other end !!.

Good spots, thank god the roof is only tacked on, I'm going blind!!

I also noticed a slight gap at the endsof the roof, so will put a fillet of microsrip under the roof and paint it to match the wagon when I refit it.
