Dec. 2018: Almost all images that disappeared from my own thread following loss of free remote hosting are now restored.

Hi Atlantic,

I thank you for the posting as I have two J72's with this issue that I may now fix. I will keep you informed on my progress.

I've just had a pair of Mailine GWR 2-6-0s in with split axle muffs but, sadly, I discovered missing intermediate gears on dismantling.

So I remantled them and returned to customer.

Interesting, another user of the word "remantle", which arguably perhaps ought to exist.
