LNER Copenhagen Fields at Ally Pally

Post by mick b »

Some pictures part of the superb Copenhagen Fields at Ally Pally last weekend. This is only part of the layout renamed Belle Isle on which the only loco running was the J50 shunting in the centre. The remainder were on display only

Stunning as always - I was lucky enough to see this layout at Ally Pally and watch the J50 shunt for awhile. If I end up with a layout even 1% as good as that I'll be a very happy man!

I got talking to a gentleman who was making a quad set while there - didn't get his name but have a feeling it might have been Tim Watson!

You're lucky enough to see only part of it, if you see the whole lot, you can't see much due to the cutting
