this link has a couple of nice shots of a silver jubilee model. Copenhagen fields looks like a really nice layout along with Gresley Beat but they have very little info on them on t'internet.

Have you seen Copenhagen Fields? it was at York 2005.
It is absulutly huge, and to view it properly (if you can get near it!) you need a 4ft stool, as, as it is in real life, it is built up on both sides, and you can't see down the middle too well, but it does have trams running round, and the tube train, with branch lines over the top.
All in all it is a very good layout.
